"I went there Friday with my sister for her birthday. The service from all of the ladies was incredible and I was very satisfied with how my nails turned out. However after getting back home, I realized that the man at the front scammed me an extra $20. I counted out the money and when he counted it back to me it was $20 dollars short. Thinking I had just miscounted I gave him the $20. I did not go out the rest of the day. I counted out my money today and I am one $20 short. My advice, don't pay cash and ask for a receipt."

"I've been coming here for years now. I'm always a walk-in, as I never know when I will be available to make an appointment. Because I'm a walk-in, I get whoever is available. Every Nail Tech I've had has always professional, and I've always had a great experience. I'm very happy with my nails."

"Walked in and there was a 30 minutes wait. I really do not have a problem with that, and understand. 2 stars for the lack of customer service from the young man who sits at the desk. He is NOT friendly, and never tells you the REAL wait time. He doesn't smile, and grunts with a motion to sit down. I recommend appreciating who walks in your door. Taking a break from this place for a while. (I spend a minimum of $90.00 every time I go)"
