"I have allergies to fragrance and sulfates, so I was so happy to find this salon after searching for months because they have the right products. My appointment was today at 230, they cancel on me last minute at 1 pm saying they're switching he to a different stylist. I tried to find info on this stylist on the website but nothing. I live in Anaheim and was getting ready to leave after having to switch my plans around to make it on time to my appointment today. Turns out they tell you they do "curly cut" but on wet hair. Now if you have curly hair, you know it should be cut dry. I guess I was just expecting basic professionalism, and not a last minute change of plans."

I got a haircut from Mimi and she is so amazing super welcoming and friendly and on top of that honest about the problems with my hair while being so willing to give me so many tips. The haircut is exactly what I asked for I have been to SO many different salons and. even been completely satisfied with my hair.
