"I called and asked the receptionist (lady with medium blonde hair ) if there is someone that can do a Bob cut and she said almost everyone there knows and I asked again please make sure whoever you put me with has experience on that and she reassured me that Alicia is good at it. Once I was in there I went and ask her again myself in person is she good at what I want and again she said yes! Long story short horrible haircut I got!!!!! I had to go to another salon to fix her mistakes yet my hair still looks choppy but with a lot more style then what this liar lady left me. Alicia also reassure me she can do the A-Bob cut and I even showed her pictures of exactly how I wanted. Bad bad bad!!! Never again!! Management needs to make sure receptionist knows everyone exactly what they can do or not and not to fit you with the correct hairstylist. And the stylist shouldn’t lie either!"
