"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAVING YOUR MONEY STOLEN! 4 rent properties took over my lease in Feburary of 2023 as our original lease was with another company. Everything was fine until moveout where they dileberately scheduled our inspection when they knew we couldn´t be present as we were moving out of the country but then they procceded to do the inspection a month early completly stripping our rights to be there. Then we hear nothing for months! We live in a country on the other side of the world now which they were informed about yet never made efforts to contact us until the other day when our cosigner (who still lives in the US) gets a call from a debt collector. They are charging us 1000 dollars for damages we have proof of not inflicting yet they told us they dont care because we forfeited our rights to appeal by not being at the inspection that we couldn´t be at. They did this on purpose and is now stealing 1000 dolllars from us. So whatever you do don´t rent from these scumbags!"
"When you’re looking for a property lease you don’t mind paying for a background quote check but you’d like to see the dwelling so that you know if your furniture fit first but unfortunately, this company doesn’t allow you to and keep in mind the place that you’re interested in could be least from another agent in their office, so why would anybody Lisa property can’t see in person to see if your furniture is gonna fit before you pay them and then there’s a grand possibility you’re not gonna get it not because of your own accommodations is because another leasing agent may have had a customer and I don’t know I just makes no sense to me why you can’t view the premises to see if your furniture fit and then go back and complete your paperwork. That makes no sense to me and I’ll never do it I guess they feel so many people in Clarksvile that they don’t have to be kind of courteous. They just snap at you and got away when they talk to you not with me, have a good day they’re not even in the tornado they’re working remotely and I’ve called three times with it within seven days and no one has even bothered to call you back. They don’t even know what I want other than Jalisa property. Wow."
