"BEWARE......BEWARE... GO ELSE WHERE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was going through all the possible place to get a hair cut in my area. After looking on maps I check out their website and was actually excited to try this place out. Then I got there and nothing but rudeness. There were styles without clients yet they said no one had time to cut my hair. I said ok and went to look at their product thinking maybe they might have something to that could help me out with this crazy tangled hair. Immediately the woman who did have a client in the chair was right by my side hands folded staring at me making it very apparent that she was upset for some reason. She had nothing nice to say. I even complimented her on her website and tried to let her know that I had thoroughly checked this place out online and liked it.c She kept saying things trying to get me to discontinue my looking through the products for sale. I was even interested in a few but after I had read one and went to read another she assured me that they all said the same thing. How that is I don't know considering one was a leave-in conditioner and the other a treatment that said to wash it out. It was extremely uncomfortable, rude, unnecessary and rude of her to make me feel the way she did. Her job is to make people feel good about themselves and be a day maker. Instead she insisted on ruining mine. Completely unprofessional. After that the whole places just seemed so ugly with all the dust I then noticed. The place must not be doing well if it's that dirty, the stylists are beyond rude, unwilling to take Clients that walk-in when their books are open and apparently not very talented nor educated in their field. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DON'T EVEN BOTHER UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR ABSOLUTELY RUDENESS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF SALONS THAT I'M SURE ACTUALLY ARE WHAT THE ADVERTISE ONLINE."

"If you like your hair salon experience to be semi quiet and Zen like this is the place for you. There is music playing but in comparison to most salons I've visited this one soothes my stretched and grated nerves and enhances my calm perfectly!! You don't have to shout to hear yourself think. This experience is a balm to my aching soul during this pandemic. Thank you Tatiana for a wonderful haircut as always!!!"
