"My left big toe is in so much pain right now. She intentionally cut the cuticle off and made it bleed. It's hard to walk. I can not begin to describe the sheer frustration, embarrassment, and pain I am going through right now. I didn't get the ladies' name, but she seemed very talkative. While doing my pedicure, she was very rough. She sprayed water all over my seat, which resulted in getting water all the way down my trunks. She got soap all over my legs and on the seat and didn't even complete the deluxe pedi. She didn't massage properly and skipped a few steps. The lady cut all my nails too short and ripped the cuticle off, and she said, "It was an ingrown toe nail." I've never dealt with ingrown toe nails before in my life. I didn't go there to get an ingrown toe nail removed, faakk I wanted a nice relaxing pedicure. I won't be going back to this place ever again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. You will walk out in pain, disappointed, and taken advantage of. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON...not worth it!"

"I go to Apple nails a few times per year to get my nails done. Hands down they do the best pedicures in the area. The technicians really take their time and provide a relaxing experience. I never feel rushed. They use completely new kits on each person. The salon atmosphere is serene. I've noticed in the comments that Jessica, the manager, gets a lot of flack. But she juggles a lot...the phone calls, booking, helping walk-ins all while doing nails. Note: It's better to bring cash. You can pay by card but there is a 50 cent charge. An ATM is available in house. I'd also recommend confirming your total before starting any services."

"One of the most terrible experiences I have ever had. The managing technician is absolutely awful. My mother and I (African Americans) were made to wait for several reasons, including that a man who came after us had an ingrown toenail. Then when my mother was finally taken, I was yelled at for wanting to sit with her and told I had to wait in the front. When I did sit in an empty chair next to her that no one was using. She came to us, said I had to get up because now she has to sanitize the chair and she proceeded to yell at us about following the rules. I left and the chair remained empty the duration of the time my mother finished her nails."
