"I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE EVER AGAIN. This establishment can not do nails, they did not understand anything with what i wanted and when i toyed to correct them they did nothing. I was frying to get cute nails for my birthday but ended up BALLING my eyes out in my car from this experience. Photo one is what i wanted and asked for and the second is what i got which is NOTHING like what o asked for and the was WAY OVER PRICED. i am so enraged and upset. DO NOT GO HERE."

"Very expensive and the service is terrible. The technicians continuously speak Vietnamese in front of costumers, and barely great you or speak to us. The manicure was terrible, did not get all the cuticle off, did not file the nails enough, felt like sand paper edges. The pedicure, was ok, but the lady was supposed to massage for 5 min. and all of the sudden, she "dropped" the timer, and on the floor, she changed the time that was from 4:25 min to all of the sudden 2:00 min. While my nails were drying, I saw her doing the same to another costumer too. Finally, they want the payment on cash, and when you give them the tip, not even a thank you. I think they do not report the earnings to the government (which is not fair since we all have to contribute to keep the public services we have and use) since they put their money directly in their purses and some other payments on the register. Poor service overall, too expensive for the time, skill, materials, and effort they put. I will go from now on to a beauty school, where students really do their best, and the prices are way cheaper. I recommend Fullerton College Cosmetology School, it is worth the driving."
