"WORST and I mean worst place I’ve ever rented, from the maintenance man being a perv to the management team (Taylor and Ally) are nothing but drama. Giving out my person information to people without my consent to gossip. Apartment flooded and they took out all fire alarms when the fire Marshall said the whole apartment was a fire hazard, wouldn’t let us out of our lease due to the flood. When I was signing over my lease same management demanded me to leave work and sign papers they had forgotten to have me sign stating I was “illegally” living in an apartment that I was paying for & the only reason I had to sign a new lease was because my original apartment flooded. Management also tired to tell me that because I worked out of town I had to tell them of my whereabouts when not there (even though I had a roommate and bills were paid) not to mention, by doors to the outside ALWAYS leaked, grabage disposal never worked and my washer never worked either. could go on and on about the horrible living experience I had here. I will just say ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY"

"Safe, secure and friendly community minutes from downtown and walking distance to a grocery store with a Starbucks! Snow days no problem around here! :D VN has the nicest staff that knows you by name, plans events and keeps the community in tip top shape! Lounge poolside, cook a meal on the the outdoor grill or rest up with a book in the cabanas! You will enjoy the convenience and relaxing factor for sure! And from time to time we have a pleasant doorman ;) aka Clarence!"

"We've re-signed our lease a few times over at Vintage Northcreek! The location is awesome, amenities are great, and the property is well kept! The leasing agent, Jacob, is outstanding and goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy here! Awesome place to call home!"

"Lived here for 2 years and can honestly say this has been the best apartment I've lived in... ever. If you can afford it, then I highly recommend moving in. You're right next to Kroger, Taco Bell, and Starbucks. There's always parking. Maintenance responds super fast. And the apartment management team is so so good. They organize cute events and the pool is always clean. If I wasn't so entry-level at my job and could continue affording living here I would. Also, it's 12 min to east nashville and the ubers are relatively cheap. Ok bye love u vintage"
