"I have finally found my forever dental office. I had a crown fall out and my dentist at the time did not have any openings for me for five days. I contacted Dr. Fotino on Thurs, Dec 14th and he had me in to his office right away the next day when my crown fell out. His office squeeze me into the day, and I had never been so ecstatic about getting an appointment in my life. Lol. The front office of ladies are truly so kind and made the checking in process very easy. I was then taken back and seen first by the dental assistant, Amy. She did x-rays of my teeth and checked the quality of the crown that was made from my previous dental office and recognized that it was not made very accurately. This was my second time having a problem with the same crown. Amy said to not worry, that I would be taking care of. Then I was seen by Dr. Morales. He was so thorough on explaining why the crown had fallen out and explained about how the teeth on each side of the crown was not close enough to that crown to help keep it in place. And as well that my previous dentist shaved down the tooth that the crown was on too much. Then Dr. Morales went on to explain what would need to be done next. Which was to bring me back into the office on Dec 20th for the temporary crowning of two teeth and cleaning of the other one. Total of 3. When I arrived for my visit to get the temporary crowning done and cleaning, the ladies up front were again so welcoming, and we even chatted a little bit about one of our favorite bars in Long Beach called Alexs Bar (I happened to be wearing the bars shirt to my my appt). it may not seem like a big deal, but having something in common and having natural conversations with a medical office, such as Dr. Fotinos, makes you even more comfortable and welcomed. I was then again taken back by Amy as she prepped me for getting my temporary crowns ready and to be fitted. In walked Dr. Morales to start the procedures. Which, of course is never fun because you have to get your gums numbed. He was very gentle and even though I could feel a little bit of pain from the injections, I've experienced worse pain before so kudos to Dr. Morales! The process took about an hour and a half. Dr. Morales was so great that I started to fall asleep during all of the teeth Work I was getting done. Who falls asleep getting their teeth procedures done? I never have before, but I did this time. Which Dr. Morales said is a compliment to him. After all was said and done, Amy fitted me with my temporary crowns, and made sure that I was comfortable with how they were fitted. The ladies out front checked me out and scheduled my follow up on January 4 to get my permanent crowns, placed and get a full exam done as well. This is truly one of the best experiences I have ever had regarding my teeth. That I'm actually looking forward to my appointment on January 4th. I highly recommend Dr. Fotino's office. 10 STARS! I promise you, you will not be disappointed. This is the dental office you need in your life! They truly care for their patients and want them to feel as comfortable and welcomed as possible. *I live in Long Beach, and I will from now on drive out to Orange for any of my dental needs."

"Best dentist ever! Everyone here is so nice (especially Amy and Dr. Rosales). Like many people I do not like going to the dentist. They have been thoughtful and understanding with me every step of the way. There are many places with nice people but these folks take it to the next level. They genuinely seem to care. The oral sedation worked well for me. It wiped me out for 2 days but I don't remember the appointment or the extractions so win-win! I have another cleaning appointment setup and plan to use the oral sedation again. I highly recommend this place, especially if you need some extra TLC."

"WOW, this is the best dental office that I’ve ever been to in my life. I understand it can be intimidating going to a new dental office at first, but this is the most peaceful…relaxing…zen-like atmosphere! What I appreciate the most is how the office seems to always be available for me—it’s so easy to get in touch with them. Dr. Rosales is transparent and thorough at each visit and he even called me after hours to check on me. He really makes me feel like I’m getting VIP treatment! The office is very clear about the finances and scheduling. It’s nice that I get text reminders too! Life happens and we get busy…right? What’s astonishing to me is how hygienist, Melissa remembers our conversations with key details from over 6 months ago. It shows genuine care and impeccable attention-to-detail! The culture of this dental office is very positive and unlike any office I’ve ever been to! In the past, I’ve been to offices where I experienced quick appointments. I was rushed in and out…not knowing what is going on…but with Dr. Rosales I feel like my dental visits are more intentional and informative. All in all, I just really appreciate the tremendous environment of this dental office. I love how they really focus on prevention with my dental care because long-term health and wellness is exactly what I’m looking for. Thank you, and I’m looking forward to the next visit! :)"
