"I had two lower teeth extracted to make place for a bridge. I was dreading the experience, but my extraction was handled with care and professionalism. The pain was minimized, by having the location in my gum near the teeth, anesthetized, prior to the extraction. What I especially liked, the Doctor/ Dentist who I believe she is originally from Iran, gave me a good explanation, as to why I had to remove two teeth instead of just the one that was loose, for the bridge to hold. I was grateful to have these teeth removed and with pain medication my recovery seems to be going well. I expect to have my permanent "Bridge" in place next week. This review is in gratitude. "My daughters and i came in to have a checkup done. We made an appointment 3 weeks prior to coming in and provided our insurance details then. I have two other kids that we’re serviced at this office using the exact same insurance. Day of appointment we went in but were refused to be seen because we apparently had no dental insurance. I offered to pay in cash but was told to call the insurance company to see what was going on. I called and was informed that we did indeed have dental insurance, so i offered the lady at the desk to speak to the operator and she very rudely declined saying that shed call them on her own. Beyond disappointing on how this issue was handled."
