"I think I've had enough and made a big mistake coming to this place. The communication was not great in the first place . I should have followed my gut instinct. My appointment got cancelled twice and then I showed up at my other appointment was told there wasn't one schedule for me and the story keeps changing. no one ever called me and told me the lab was behind which I figured was probably the reason why my appointments kept getting cancelled, very inconvenient and disappointing, I regret coming here. I really just want to be done with them and hope we never cross paths again. This is not doing any justice for my mental health right now. Bad for business for being professionals."

"Dr. Z and his staff is organized and professional. I was a little reluctant to keep my appointment initially because of the numerous contacts via text messaging. I was also apprehensive about the discussion of dental grants which are offered in the State of California. I am a retired small business owner, I respect the time and efforts to manage and run a small business. Consequently, I understand marketing and what is required to run a successful business. It is quite apparent that this office consistently follows up with new and prospective patients to confirm they show up for appointments. The location is in a strip mall close to the freeway. This office is much further than I would prefer but after researching the grant program and Dr. Zs’ reviews I decided to go to my first appointment. X ray , Exam and consultation was done quickly and with care. I was treated very nicely by all the staff including the receptionist. Prior to my appointment, I completed the new patient paperwork which can take up to 20 minutes or so. It was sent electronically a week or so before my appointment. I recommend new patients complete the paperwork prior to arrival. I waited to complete the forms about 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I was almost late for the appointment since I completed the forms in the parking lot. Dr. Z was frank on how he accessed my concerns. I am familiar with what is needed and Dr. Z did not “candy coat” his recommendation. I’m feeling confident in his abilities and I will begin treatment immediately after Thanksgiving."

"The office staff was wonderful. They’re all very kind and very knowledgeable! Usually every other dentist that I’ve been to when I got x-rays it really hurt my mouth but this time I didn’t feel a thing. Dentist, Dr. Z is the best there is I think from my experience. And I appreciate all the help. They’re giving me to get a federal grant and extra help to pay the bill even direct me where to get a loan to pay the rest of it off they have one of the most beautiful offices I’ve ever been in! Thanks to him I will finally get my teeth fixed without any pain ."
