"The facility is state of the art. Dentist very professional recommend 3 procedures and after explaining too me called his coordinator into the room she opened up a fancy computer and explained the pricing too me before and after insurance and told me my out of pocket will be $1660 I asked her please for a print out she said once I am done I can come to the reception for the printout, to my surprise the out of pocket was now $2660 ,I called the next day and all she said was she was sorry. On the basis of her quote I went ahead with one procedure which my out of pocket was $105 which did not even come of the quote. Very unprofessional Update just received a call back from the Operations Manager, she was very apologetic and rectified the issue with me over the phone. Thank you."
