But absolutley everyone in this office, from reception to Mona herself, were so incredibly kind, funny, and gentle. I've never actually had my issues with anaesthesia taken seriously, I've felt the entire process of root canals and scaling so many times, like medieval levels of feeling everything, but she got me fully numb on the first try. If you have any history of anxiety around going to the dentist or resistance to anaesthesia, this is the office to go to. The cost of her services is also really reasonable. I was expecting to pay through the nose for such a nice office but everything has been super affordable, even the amounts she cites as worst case scenarios if my insurance didn't cover have been super acceptable as someone who spent most of my life without any kind of coverage."
