"I'd like to express my dissatisfaction; I received a call on Monday confirming my 1:30 pm appointment today. Arriving around 1:20 pm, Lisa, possibly the doctor's wife, claimed I had no appointment without checking. I skipped the office Christmas party for this, but faced a last-minute cancellation. When I objected, she yelled about me owing money without evidence and even called the police during our argument, now awaiting their arrival. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Numerous grievances regarding their management, attitude, and billing problems surfaced in various reviews. Surprisingly, this person, Lisa, seems to be a common thread in all the one-star reviews due to her unacceptable behavior. Sadly, I'm not the first nor will I be the last, as there have been instances where she called the police to remove a patient seeking an explanation. A truly nightmarish experience!"

"My family has been with this dental office for more than 10 years. The doctors are very professional, and the staff are very friendly. We did teeth planting, teeth cleaning, and teeth crowning here all the time for more than 10 years, for my faimly of 4 (two adults and two kids). We are very satisfied with their service, and the price is very reasonable. Higly recommended!"

"LOVE this place! I was a little skeptical by the low rating, but it turned out to be a great decision coming here! I needed a crown for a molar and my previous dentist told me that I need to get crown lengthening for it, came to this place for a second opinion, and I’m feel so lucky that I did that! They fixed everything super nicely and professionally and turned out that I didn’t need a crown lengthening! Saved me money, time and hassle! I feel soooo lucky to find this place, huge THANK YOU to my dentist, I really recommend it to everybody else."

"This is a absolutely the worst dental office I have ever been to. All the dental equipment is very old, and the management is really disorganized. The worst part is this front desk lady is very bossy and rude. I was asked to change 3 different rooms when I visited this office for the first time , even the dental assistant was confused. The second time experience was even more chaotic.They lost all my X-rays pictures that were taken at the first time. Such a bad experience! Please upgrade the computer system and improve your management."

"Do not go here! This office has rude incompetent staff and shady practices. My mother got implants and they didn't do them correctly. Now that we have moved out of state they won't talk to us to correct the damaged denture that was caused by the mistake. While we were patients, I had to constantly monitor their charging because they were always making mistakes. Because of the rude staff, I had to argue with them each tume to get the proper charging. It's not worth it. Find a more reputable dentist."
