"Pros: Clean office Friendly front desk Cons: Worst teeth cleaning I have ever received. The dental hygienist seem to take a lot of short cuts with the teeth cleaning process. For example, you are supposed to floss on both sides of the tooth. However, the dental hygienist only flossed on one side of each tooth, which is totally not the right way to do it. When it came to polishing, she basically polished each row within 10 seconds so she missed a bunch of sides of each tooth. I am not sure if the dental hygienist was just careless with me that day but across my experience, this is the worst dental cleaning. I would never go back based on this one experience alone."

"Dr. Nguyen, Dulce, and Danielle are fantastic! I hadn’t been to the dentist in way too long, I was a little nervous going today. Dr. Nguyen and her staff made me feel comfortable. "I highly recommend Woodbridge Dentistry in Irvine, California, owned by Ann Nguyen, DDS. Our family has been Dr. Nguyen's patients for 2 years, and she has been a fantastic dentist for myself, my wife, and our 13-year-old son. Ann Nguyen, DDS is Best in Class with the service that she provides in her Dental Office. My family and I always feel welcomed when we arrive and we are absolutely confident in Dr. Nguyen's ability, knowledge, and passion for her patients Dental needs. Dr. Nguyen's Woodbridge Dentistry office is immaculately clean, pretty, and well-equipped with the latest technology. My son is on the Invisalign Braces Maintenance program and we are so excited to see this program to the end with Dr. Nguyen. Woodbridge Dentistry's Dental Hygienist Edith is truly a professional in her field. She has been maintaining my teeth and bone for over a year now and I am very happy with the services I am receiving. The Front Office Manager Danielle is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The office seems to run extremely smooth with her professionalism and knowledge not only in dentistry but with the insurance system and scheduling processes. Overall, it's been greatest experience with Woodbridge Dentistry and Dr. Ann Nguyen. I highly recommend coming in as a new patient."

"I came to see Dr. Ann 4 years ago and everyone in the office treated me with nothing but kindness. I’ve since moved to Vista which is 60 miles away. The dentists I had seen since Dr. Ann were not as compassionate and I was always very uncomfortable. I’m not afraid of seeing the dentist, by the way. Back in May, I decided to drive all the way back to Irvine to see Dr. Ann. That was the best decision. Since then, I’ve gotten most of my dental works that I’ve postponed done. Not only everyone is kind, professional and gentle, but the doctor always acts in the best of my interests, never upsell anything I don’t need. I usually don’t write reviews but I want to recommend this office to people that are looking for a true, talented dentist"

"Even a one star is too much for this place. I took my 68 years old mother to this place because she had infections on her gum and was in severe pain. I explained exactly what her condition is when I schedule the appointment. We went in there and they took their x-ray, had her lay down and the nurse/dental assistant was trying to get her blood pressure but didn’t even know how to use the machine so she asked me what is her blood pressure usually!!!! The Dr came next and within less than a minute she said my mother has to see another dentist. They provided me with a list of phone numbers, a mouth wash for 20 dollars out of pocket and that was it. I asked them multiple times to please prescribe her some antibiotics or pain killers so she’s not suffering while she waits for this next appointment but she refused. Unbelievable how they treated us. I will never recommend this place. It’s 1 am and all I can hear is my mother screaming in pain because she refused to prescribe the medications that was necessary to relieve her pain temporarily"
