As a new patient, their quick acknowledgement and response to my request for an appointment and submission of relevant information was very quick. Too many offices have you leave a message or fill out a lengthy application (including personally identifiable information) and then never get back to you. It just goes into the bit bucket. All medical offices should hope to be managed as well as Irvine Smile Design."
