"I had an awful haircut experience. I came in with hair around waist. I wanted it shorter, to sit a bit below my breast area. It ended up being uneven so I told her and she gave me attitude about it. She ended up cutting it so short that it sits on my shoulders. As for my bangs, truly awful. When I put my hair up in a ponytail, it looks like I have a bowl haircut in the front. I had intentions of going from blonde to brown and I thank god I kept my natural hair color. I’m sure she would have messed up my hair one way or another. If you’re looking to save money, just do it yourself and save yourself the headache."

"I show up for my appointment at 12:15, the hair dresser yells “is there someone at the door” not even a hi or anything. Then I wait 20 minutes as another hair dresser walks in, walks straight past me and another guy walks in to get his hair cut after me and she takes him first. I ask why she’s taking him as I had an appointment they were already late for. She says because he put his name in first??? I showed up for an appointment on time and was there before him and they didn’t even apologize for being late and were so rude so I said I’ll go somewhere else and they just responded “ok fine” and laughed. Very unprofessional. Have lots of friends in the area and will make sure they know this is definitely not the place to go ! Happy new year"
