"I’m SO frustrated. Dr Bell’s office originally scheduled my appt for Feb 1st @1:45pm. I called earlier that morning to confirm and they said Dr Bell was out of town and my appt had been canceled. I asked why I wasn’t notified and responded that I wasn’t in the system. I was rescheduled for Friday, Feb 2nd. I did see Dr Bell who I really liked and made me feel comfortable. The problem is with her office staff. Dr Bell told me she was renewing my prescriptions; I went Saturday to pick them up, they had nothing in their system for me. I called Dr Bells ofc on Monday early afternoon a nurse called me asking what Dr Bell prescribed and I told them I wasn’t sure…she renewed some, and prescribed something for urinary incontinence. I told the nurse that I really need the Valtrex and the new prescription. She said she would get it taken care of…it’s Tuesday morning and Costco still doesn’t have anything in their system. First, I put off a trip when I had to reschedule my initial appt. that I had made approx 2 months ago. I haven’t been taking my valtrex sporadically because I worry of totally running out. Also, was hoping to get something for my urinary problem before going on my trip. I understand things happen, but her office has not explained what the hold up is."

"Dr. Bell is seriously the best doctor I’ve ever had. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for her! She is very thorough and empathetic- she clearly explains any questions I have had. I have had not so great experiences in the past and she has really calmed my nerves with how caring and knowledgeable she is about her profession. She goes out of her way to make any situation you may be in as pain free as possible which I don’t find very common. If you can, you should definitely get her to be your doctor. Thank you again Dr. Bell for your kindness. You are very much appreciated. 10/10 would recommend!"

I had my baby early this morning, he and his team did an AMAZING job delivering my baby with the help of the vacuum suction. I am so glad I chose this place to be seen when I first found out I was pregnant. You all are the best!!!"
