"Been coming for years but I think their age is catching up to them my mani pedi was soooo messy :( for $80 for both not worth it. Better places nearby but i tried to keep supporting them."

"Awful place. My white tip acrylics came out so ugly and on top of that the nail lady cut the bottom of my one of my nails. This is why you never go cheap. (And not even that cheap $45+)"

"My nails were literally so bad I walked out CRYING. I asked for a fill on my coffin shaped acrylics and matte black gel. The lady cut my SKIN when filing my nails and continued doing my nails while my cuticles were bleeding. She then put the fill on so bad that my nails were so chunky and then they put the mattifier on so bad that half was still shiny and the other half was just slightly less shiny. The lady didn’t clean the polish and I have polish all over my cuticles and ended and randomly on my wrists?? I complained to the other girl working there and she said I had to come back tomorrow if I wanted a fix which I declined. I paid full price (over $30) for this and now I have to pay another $30+ at another place (my usual place) to take this mess off and have them redone from scratch. Oh and... they didn’t wear gloves or wash their or my hands and they held their brushes in old iPhone 4 boxes."

"I have been going to this place for 26yrs...yes, you read that correctly! Lena is fantastic, as are the rest of the staff, most of whom have been working there for as long as I can remember. It is one of the places I make sure to get to every time I am in LA...I will even just stop by to say, "Hi!", if I don't need anything done. She does the BEST silk nails in LA! It is in a sorta ghetto neighbourhood, but safe. Make sure you park on the North(left of the door) side parking lot or on the street. Prices are great and walk-ins are welcome, you will have to be buzzed in."
