"I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I felt I should share and help others with curly hair. I have super curly type 3B curls to be exact and for those who have curly hair know how hard it is to find a stylist to cut our hair without getting a bad cut. Well, I not only got a bad haircut but the product used on my hair burned my hair after sitting on the salon dryer chair. I asked for long layers and the layering was not well blended and looked choppy ( as if I stairs on my hair). Haircuts here cost me $55 and I had to go to a different salon and get it fixed which cost me an additional $80. Again, I have curly hair they may do well with non curly hair. I tried uploading a picture but it would not load."

"I called in on Friday and was hoping to get a Saturday 8:30am appt, it was last minute and i was doubtful anything was available. but was surprised they did. this was my first time calling/ visiting a different salon... Ashley answered, she was super nice and very sweet on the phone. She set up my appointment with Carla. I came in right at 8:30 and was seen right away. Carla is the most patient and lovely person. I've been to salons were stylists have their noses in the air and are condescending but completely not the case here. I came in for a trim and repair of my hair. My hair desperately needed it and Carla hooked me up all the way. Will be coming back for sure!!!"

"I made an appointment for 5 pm and the receptionist told me that the latest would be 3 pm since I was going lighter (it stakes 3 hours)...I agreed and left work early. When I got to the salon the stylist told me that she had another client and to come back in one hour. She said that the computer had me for a regular color....When I told her that I had left work early and that the receptionist asked me about going light due to the time, the stylist agreed to do my hair and the other girls hair. I left the salon a 8!...on top of that I was not really satisfied with the color. I did not really want to continue complaining about the differences from my hair to the pic because it was late and she seemed bothered.The style has a gradual change, not just 2 colorsThe first time I came here they did a great job, not this time. I am not returning."
