"The clinic in suite 450 doesn’t let patients know when Tricare referrals expire. Every other clinic I’ve ever been to let’s you know when you’re running out of referrals and need to contact your PCM for more. This resulted in my paying out of pocket for a bill."

"I was referred to Dr. Saeed S. Fakhruddin fall of 2020. I am so happy he is my GI, he is so kind and attentive. He made sure I understood what he was sharing with me and answered all of my questions! Details of my visits below. Our first meeting, he was so nice and very attentive. We scheduled an endoscopy and colonoscopy a few weeks later. He was booked pretty far out in advanced but there was a cancellation and his team called me. His team shared all the details about getting ready for the procedure! Had no issues getting the items and following instructions. I was nervous when I showed up to my endoscopy/colonoscopy, I have never been under anesthesia before. The anesthesiologist was so kind and held my hand as he walked me through the procedure. When they were ready for me, they wheeled me to room and the nurses were already prepped waiting. They were so kind and so gentle. Dr. Fakhruddin explained the anesthesia and procedure to me again. Once I said I was ready, they gave me the anesthesia and next thing I knew I was asleep and then awake! After I woke up and the anesthesia wore off, he spoke to me about me scopes we talked about my plan of care and a follow up. My follow up appointment was great. Met with Dr. Fakhruddin and he explained what he saw in detail after the biopsy came back. He was able to take care of me during the procedure and after. We laughed about things here and there, he is so easy to talk too and answered all my questions thoroughly. Glad I have him as my GI!"
