The Clubhouse and pool are always kept very clean. They have a gym for all your workout needs, along with a billiards room for some fun! It is always very quiet and safe to walk your furry animals, and let them explore the dog park. The property always looks well kept, and in pristine condition. Addison at Rossview is one of the best places to live!"

"Quiet complex with a relaxing vibe . We enjoy taking our dog to the dog park and on walks on the trail . The fire pit is nice , only downfall is you have to provide own wood and way to get it started ( wish it was a gas one)."
"Area is not bad, maintenance crew is a joy to deal with, however, don’t clean your apartment spotless because you will still be charged lol they are extremely quick at taking money and finding a way to not owe you. Don’t leave a garbage bag outside door although their staff can without a fine, not to mention the trash compactor will go down quiet a bit so now you have to find somewhere else to throw it away, security, yeah right the gates never operate properly, they just leave them open. As much money as what gets put in ensuring that the “security” that’s supposed to be provided actually operates on a daily would be nice. Good location is most Definitely not worth the hassle. Left spotless but being charged!!!"
