"I had an appointment and when i went in the lady at the counter didn't know why i was there when i told her she quickly took me in. I asked for a hybrid set which i have gotten before, my tech usually takes 2-3 hours and i was done in an hour and when i saw my lashes i did not like them. Not only were they not full, i noticed some were not attached to my lash but to my actual lid. I asked them to be removed. I didn't like them that i told her to remove them. I still paid for the service but left without the lashes because of the poor quality. Please don’t waste your money here. There are other places with better quality."
