"HORRIBLE. Every time I come it’s an issue. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I WAITED OVER 1 hour to get my feet done . They charge 61 dollars for mani pedi ??? When the sign says 25 ??? They’re obviously adding they tip in here. Do not come here."
"Update!: i have reported them to the BBB and the Board of Cosmetology DO NOT GO HERE. I AM WARNING YOU NOW!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! This is the worst nail shop in Lomita. The customer service is terrible and the staff is awful. I got their Gel-X nail service and within two days the nails were falling off. I paid $130 for nails and a pedicure and when I called to explain that the nails I had JUST gotten were falling off, the manager yelled at me, “NOBODY ELSE NAIL HAS FALL OFF WHY YOU DIDNT COME AFTER ONE DAY?” I said “because they didn’t fall off after one day, they fell off after two” I asked her for a refund or a replacement service and she refused. I called her out for yelling at me and I will be reporting this business. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they have low quality products and overcharged for, basically, these trash press on nails. I will be reporting them to the board of health also."
"I tried this place out because of the good reviews but I guess I got what I paid for. It's definitely far from perfect. All my nails were filed different lengths and I could have done the paint coats better myself."
