"Wow, I have never felt disappointed and disrespected from a salon before, this service has probably the worst service ever. Manager who's upfront was rude af, didn't give me the same treatment as others, from the get go he was already giving me an attitude, I ignored it but the way he treated me was terrible. I wouldn't come back here. He shouldn't be a manager here, Even their employees said things to us. Such as he is like that he's been like that, , and he's been talked to before. How is this okay? It's a very fancy nail spa but man , I wish he didn't ruin it for me. Very disappointed. Negative -1000 stars... unless you look rich they'll probably be nice to ya"

"Price was reasonable, $45 for a fill . Massage chairs for pedicures. I felt like the lady did a good job of paying attention to the small details even though i just got a plain jane pink. Plus they were closing and she didn't make it feel rushed."

"I usually come here and the services are decent (nothing to write home about), but I think yesterday was my last. I went in yesterday for a pedicure and take off. Now normally they charge $10 for take off only and $5 if you get a full set or fill. I was charged $15 for take off. Maybe because I insisted on socking off the gel acrylic and not letting them practically rip off the acrylic like they normally do. My problem with this nail salon and many other is they could care less about good service or customer satisfaction. All they care about is $$$. Their prices fluctuate depending on where the winds blows."

"Got a gel manicure and realized my nails had bubbles in them after I left but it was too busy in there to go back. This photo is 6 days after I got them done because I forgot to post. Prob will not be back. Additionally the girl did a great job on my pedicure but there was no scrubbing my feet just cuticle care and done. This place provides the bare minimum in my opinion"
