"I’m not one to complain or write reviews really ever but this experience needs to be shared with other prospective patients. My roommate and close friend paid for a root canal and crown implant. She was not told that both were billed up front and only found out after scheduling the second appointment with a different dentist that this was the case. This office and staff provided no information on how the procedure was going to go. Offered no numbing even upon request. Left her alone in the room upside down for over a half hour. They repeatedly spoke in a foreign language to each other but did not address her throughout the procedure Dr Kim refused to adjust her retainer which was a pre established part of the appointment. He instead tried to bully her into buying a new one with them. He allowed for no questions after the procedure and just left the room. She made many attempts to stand up for herself through this terrible experience and still came home in tears. If you’re thinking of booking because of their excellent ratings, I can’t imagine how they have them with this kind of patient treatment. I highly recommend looking elsewhere."

"We went for a consultation for my sons wisdom teeth extraction, this is the first time he’ll ever had any procedure done so we’re very nervous. We waited for almost 2 hours. The staff didn’t make us feel welcomed at all, not friendly, barely talking to us and not explaining anything. We scheduled his appointment to have the extraction, since their office is closer to us and maybe they’re just busy that day. The day prior to the extraction I even emailed them so we can get a pre procedure instructions since he’ll have sedation and nobody emailed us back or called to explain anything to us like if he needs to be npo, and if he’ll need antibiotics afterwards. I never ever complained unless the service is extremely bad, and I’m very disappointed. The staff doesn’t have compassion and they don’t care about their patients, I ended up canceling our appointment, this is the worst experience we ever had with any doctors/dental office. I always treat people the way I wanted to be treated and I thought everyone does the same."

"Positive environment, friendly dedicated staff and excellent dental service. I had multiple cavities, extractions and root canals without any pain at all. Affordable payment plans and flexible hour is a big plus as well. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a dentist."
