"5/5 best service and experience! My crown chipped off and I called the same day to see if there was anything that they could do to accommodate for a last minute appointment. Chris called me back and scheduled me in for a morning appointment at their Brea Office the next day after verifying my insurance. Once i came into the office, he took the time to explain what my insurance covered. Dr. Ginsberg, Jane and Gina were absolutely amazing! Not only did they explain everything during the process, but they also asked if i had any questions between each step. While Dr. Ginsberg was working on my crown, I could tell that she was very passionate and took the time to explain the next steps and what needs attention in the future by priority. The following week I came in for deep cleaning with Jane and Gina at their Buena Park location and it was yet again a great experience with no pain during and after the cleaning. I haven't been to the dentist in a while due to bad experiences with other dentists who didn't seem to care about their patients, but the experience here has changed that. I can tell all the staff here really want their patients to leave happy. Huge shout out to Chris, Dr. Ginsberg, Jane, and Gina for making the experience a pleasurable one!!"
