"The staff and office manager are very helpful and friendly. My particular dentist is Dr. Lee and he is very caring, courteous, and very communicative about any procedure he’s doing WHILE he’s doing it. Part of my concern with previous dentists was that what was going to be done was just rattled off, and the dentist just did his job. Not here!! There is never a doubt as to what’s going on. One of my future procedures requires a tooth extraction and based on the X-rays done, he had a concern that the way my mouth is structured, I may need an additional procedure before an implant is done so that the implant will be successful. He explained in detail what options I have, and the office manager was also helpful in explaining options available to me for financing, if i need assistance beyond what my insurance will cover."

"I'm new to Shine Dentistry and I've had such a great experience here! First of all the office is so bright, modern, and clean. The other office I used to go to was older and more gloomy. The moment you walk in you are welcomed by the front office. She was so warm and friendly, you can't help but to smile as you talk to her. After being seated I was seen very quickly. I had an exam done by the doctor and he was so gentle with me. He also explains everything he's doing and explained my oral health and what my treatment plan should be. I dont think I've ever experienced such a nice and gentle doctor! I am definitely changing offices to Shine Dentistry and I'll be bringing my family as well!"
