Gold Coast Dental - Brea

"I had the worse experience here. The older lady that works at the front desk is very rude and does not make you feel welcomed at all. Her lack of social skills and cheerfulness is very disappointing and alarming. She really needs to go to an etiquette school or just quit her job and work as a trash truck driver. Also, one of the main dentist is very rude and yelled at me about my teeth. He must not have a wife because he definitely does not know how to treat girls and help someone through a stressful situation. He is NOT NICE AT ALL. His name is way too hard to pronounce it has almost all the alphabet letters so if you ever see him ask for a different dentist. Anyways the office feels very dirty and they did not do a good job cleaning my mouth and literally chipped my tooth and acted like it was no big deal and didn’t even fix it. After going here I now have major trauma and anxiety from the dentist and I am now scared to go to the dentist. I never used to be like this until I came here. I honestly may need therapy because of how badly I was treated. I hope this office closes so nobody has to deal with these people."

"Awesome staff and great service.. was in town for a Wrestling tournament on a Saturday. I had a tooth that I knew needed a root canal, I had an appointment for early January with my dentist and was hoping to make it to the appointment. But the pain was to much and I search for an open dentist office on a Saturday and gratefully came across this great office and they took care of me right away."

"My son had sort of a dental emergency, and it was the Thanksgiving holiday/weekend, they were open! I didn’t want to wait till the following Monday, so I took him there. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Consultation was 100% free, I was surprised and grateful. They also gave us a free toy before we left. What a wonderful experiment. We will come back for future dental visits."

"Very nice office staff. The dentist was very professional and I really felt like he cared about me and not trying to selling me on a full set of implants. I have horrible teeth the doctor was very honest about what could be done. I just took my wife today for a broken tooth and he got to work on it right away. A crown for 600 buck my last one cost me over 1400 at a different dentist"
