"I’d like to thank Dr. Quan and Jennifer the back office assistant for really taking care of me as I got my wisdom teeth pulled out. The Dr. helped guide me through what would be happening with my procedure and what I would be experiencing and was very gentle in the way he did my procedure. He cracked a lot of jokes which helped ease my nerves. Jenn and I had a few conversations about how her wisdom teeth removal went and was very thorough about what my recovery should look like. Both of them were more than willing to answer any questions I had and they made me feel so much more comfortable in this experience. This is 100% my new dentist"

"Please save the trouble of going to other dentist's and make this your dental office. first, the staff are great! Melissa and Jennifer always take the time to listen and try to do whatever is needed to accommodate my needs. I have had two root canals in the past at other dental offices and always had to make an appointment sometimes two weeks in advance before I was able to get a root canal once it was diagnosed that I needed one. When I went to Gold Coast Dental, I was in some pain and the dentist said I needed a root canal. I expected to have to live with the slight pain and make an appointment but to my surprise the dentist said lets do the root canal right then and take care of the pain. I have never been to a dental office where the dentist completed my root canal same day that I needed one especially when it was unplanned. It was the most pain-free experience I have had at a dental office. The dentist was very friendly, knowledgeable, ultra professional, and more importantly new exactly what he was doing. I have recommended this office to many of my coworkers and they have been extremely happy with the results as well. Dr Simon and Gold Coast Staff are exceptional. They will not disappoint. Keep Rocken and doing your thing in 2024 Gold Coast. Thanks Again!!"

"This place gets only 1 star from me. I did not enjoy my office visit and to top it off it’s going to be 2 days that they do not send my prescription to my pharmacy for antibiotics for an infection!! I leave voicemails and they don’t respond. I’ve called 4 times and nothing. Their deep clean just irritated my gums even more, I’m in pain and they’re still swollen/ irritated 24 hrs later. Don’t waste your time at this place. They made me feel like just $$$$ to push through & didn’t even care about my concerns on my issues. Complete waste of my time, they did not fix my gums at all just made them worse."

"The staff(jennifer & daisy,) was very friendly and helpful and the dentist (Dr. Simonn)was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.. I love this place! They’re fast, gentle and respectful. They always laugh at my jokes, which is important as well."
