"Very unprofessional, very rude. Got ripped off for $30 along with their horrible disgusting poor unprofessional service. I went here asking for short nail and short fake toenail in my big toes plus my eyelashes. She thinks I do not know what she pulled. Rude she made me pay her $100 AHEAD of doing her job, she still wanted a $108 dollars. I mean I’m not crying for the money I just think it was very horrible job. And on top she was unsatisfied because I didn’t want long nails so she said you want more you pay more. So I told her I asked exactly for short nails. Then she was trying to cut my nails even shorter she even shaved of one side of my nail and wasn’t even gonna fix it. On top she’s trying to choose for me the type of lash size I wanted. Very unprofessional. I was better of going down to Hollywood and pay for good quality nails for the price spent on this dump. Horrible service!!!"

"They told me a price over the phone and when I went in person they charged me a little more than double! Outrageous and waste of my time and money! I also asked for a specific color and they gave me something completely different. And when I asked to get the color corrected they all started giving attitude and saying that it wasn’t their fault it was mine and that they didn’t have that color. Completely unprofessional. Don’t come here it’s useless! I wish there was a no star rating because that’s what they deserve for the terrible job they did."
