"Called a few days to make an appointment at 9:30 and he said okay come in. They day of we called to say we are 10 minutes late rushing to get there. Got there and waited another 10 minutes with no one at the store except someone who doesn't do hair or speak English. Had to leave because we were in a hurry."

"My experience here was disappointing. For a salon with such a high rating, I expected much better customer service. I was a walk-in, so, therefore, I had no appointment. I was told to wait for 30 minutes for someone to help me, so I waited. Turns out, it would actually take me 2 hours to finally get my hair cut so 3 hours total after it was done. The haircut itself was pretty nice, but definitely not for the amount of time I had to wait."

I'm only speaking on behalf of the men's haircuts. If you're looking for a new hair stylist, check it out. Over the years, he does keep up with what's trending right now.
