Fantastic Nails

"Really bad I ask for round shape nails and did the opposite and he did wrong shape and he made different kinds of shape and he did my nails crooked don’t go it is very bad."

"Gel manicure that I got here started to take off after a week. (FYI, I usually get gel nails every month and I know how long they stay on my nails, so it's not my nail problem.) How they dealt with the issue: I called them and asked for redoing or refund. I was not angry, I just wanted to fix my ugly nails. The staff responded very aggressively and gave me a very lenghty talk. The point of what he was saying was "NO" because he couln't assure that I was their customer. I could easily show him my credit card history but I gave him a staff who did my nails (cause it was easier). And then he said "we might give $5 discount" I don't think I will go back there for $5 discount when there's no guarantee that this time will be better. I ended up making an appointment at a different salon. I've never experienced this short life span of gel manicure. I am not an expert but the only reason I can think of why is old gel manicure they might have. (again, I'm not sure but that's the only reason I can think of). The gels that were taken off were dangling and scratching my skin so I tried to take off the gel with my hands and they all came off soo easily. I'm so shocked how light they were attached to the nails. So just don't go. Poor result quality with poor customer service."

"2stars because it was not clean, arm/ drink rest was dirty, look like something spilled and was just left there. I came in only wanting something along the like of the first picture. Manicure lady asked if I’m getting acrylics I said not today and she said she couldn’t do anything like that to my nails and only applied the first color as a base. They like fine but up close you can see the sloppy work of thick and uneven painted nails. She left my left thumb square and my right thumb round. Good thing I decided not to get acrylics. The French tip pedicure is okay but nothing compared to how they looked 2years ago (picture with heels) which I got it done at this same place. Definitely some changes have been made. Hope they can improve."

"Super cheap, when I was there the acrylic was Bending and when I told the man he said it was because it wasn’t dried. I’ve had these on and within a day one broke it bent in half"
