"I went in for a regular manicure yesterday. How is it that today my nails look like this? My nails aren't even similar. They're cut differently and horrible. I was expecting better service and I should have gone elsewhere but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I was proven wrong. Thanks Tina."

"Really disappointed in the service I received. I got a gel manicure on Wednesday and by the next day one of my nails had already chipped. By today (three days later) you can see that my whole right hand is completely chipped. Hoping the business see this in order to rectify this poor job."

"Louis and Vincent are the best... I love my nails... super professional in their job... When I visit L.A I always come here... I have to add that all the girls that works here are awesome. They make a pedicure OMG really good. Today Ven made my nails and was perfect for me. This time I have to change and put just 4 stars not for their job because was the best nails ever. I put 4 because they don’t have a machine for credit cards payments. Here just accept cash, so BE CAREFUL and bring money if not they have a ATM machine but you know banks have fees for that well is just and advise. But their job is lovely"
