Regency Square Apartments

"I would not recommend renting at The Regency Square Apartments located in Clarksville TN, until someone removes Renee Bruens and Sonya Bagget from the management team. They are both very unprofessional and rude. Also the complex has a very high crime rate and known for drug activity. Not a good place for children. Here are a few examples of our terrible experience as a tenant living there: 1. On numerous occasions we contacted The office manager (Renee Bruens) about the drugs being used and sold in the apartments around us, and also in the parking lot. Renee resolved this by telling the users and dealers to just do it in their cars, not inside the apartments. (Great job on handling this) 2. We have a registered emotional support animal that Renee Bruens and Sonya Bagget had removed from the property. Our doctor is wanting us to file a lawsuit against Regency Square Apartments, as their are laws set in place to protect all registered animals. (Again very unprofessional) 3. The tenants upstairs were friends with Renee Bruens. They broke their rental contract, but weren't charged anything. No fee's for cleaning, no rental fee's, nothing. We contacted the office and gave a months notice (which was required) but was charged over 2800. I guess its all about who you know...lol 4. I was sent several emails from Renee Bruens, threatening to evict us for putting a very small amazon cardboard box "INSIDE" the dumpster. I'm talking 1 box, and very small. Just for the record there is NO cardboard dumpster. I guess i could've just threw it on the ground with all the other trash bags, old furniture, etc. that is laying everywhere. (You will notice all the trash when entering the complex. No way you can miss it. Few words of advice would be: Do some researching before making the decision to call this place your home. There are reasons why its way cheaper than any place else in Clarksville TN. Take a stroll around the complex and speak to a few of the tenants. I'm sure their comments will help in your decision. Also read the other reviews. We have emails proving all the statements above. I would give ZERO stars if I could."

"Lived here for two years then moved to a new state. Best apartments ever. Maintenance comes fast I literally would put in a request at night and they would be there in the morning. Renee was the best she always took care of me and handled things amazingly. Honestly if all apartment complexes ran like this one I would be so happy."

"I’ve been swimming in this pool since I was 7 Many different Family members have lived here growing. My Grandmother still does. It was my first apartment on my own and I’m now 27 still living here! 10/10 we love Ms.Renee! And the new fella that answers the phone is always professional and polite! Just renewed my lease :)"

"Been here for about 6 months and so far we love it. Whenever a problem appears they get right to it or the next day. Seems very kid friendly. The people in the office is so nice and so is everyone around us. Very quiet and my kids love that they can run and play in the grass area. Pool is super nice too! Will be staying here for many years."
