Cobblestone Apartments

"First of all, it’s was overpriced for how small these apartments are. Second of all, the management here is absolutely terrible. They have screwed us over so many times on rent, our lease, and it takes them two months to even come in and fix anything. I had to wait two months to even get my A/C fixed when it was over 80 degrees outside. Not only that they don’t even let you know when maintenance is coming. I had someone not even knock just walk into the apartment while I was home! Very unprofessional and rude.They also will charge you for the apartment itself falling apart. They will screw you over. Management is nothing but a bunch of power hungry slime balls. Don’t live here it’s not worth it. Absolutely disgusting."

"I would not recommend these apartments unless you have no where else to go and even then I would probably recommend going to a motel until you can find somewhere better. Everything about these apartments are bad. Front Office is money hungry , Apartments are horrible and filled with pest. Maintenance is lazy and complains about doing there job. Neighbors are decent but not the best. 1 out of 5 and that's being generous. Don't make the same mistake I did."

"I moved in and my rent was 880 they told me if I renewed my lease it be 964 not including my water bill and electric.. that’s almost 1200 a month for a one bedroom one bathroom that is a mortgage! It some people over here that is paying over 1000$ this is just a little over 500 sq ft and maybe not even that!! GVA is money hungry.. I feel bad for the people who are stuck here and don’t have no where else to go.. if you can find something else take my advice go there.. don’t get me started on there customer service either I’m give them a pass on that because trust me I have a whole bunch of stuff I could say…"
