"I would put zero stars if I could. This has nothing to do with a haircut or their knowledge of cutting and styling hair. This has to do with their customer service... I have not even been to this so called salon, however I called to make an appointment or to see if anyone was able to cut/fix my hair because I tried cutting my own hair and really messed up. I called and was rudely spoken to, told me that he did not have time to talk and used a foul word and told me to show up.. I would never treat a potential client that way even if I were busy. I guess this is what I get for trying to cut my own hair and trying to find a place last minute."
