"This is not my usual office. I had an emergency. I had an implant put in the Friday before at the Anaheim office. It was defective & dentist still left it in. I had pain over the weekend & ended up here in Cypress on Monday. After I was seen by the dentist, some lady tried to tell me doctor would not be able to do the work he needed to do because he was booked up. I had to reschedule for another day. It almost escalated into an argument. I want implant out. Did she understand the meaning of PAIN??? After having to leave & come back again the same day, the work was done. Dentist told me he would put a rush on it since I have had to reschedule my flight 3 times already delaying my trip. I will be going on my 3rd implant. I do not know what is wrong with the lab they use. I’m getting the feeling it is low rate. I was to get a call from someone today, Thursday, to make sure implant was done for me to be seen at the Anaheim office. No one called me & it’s noon. After calling Anaheim office who referred me to Cypress office & come to find out that yes the doctor did indeed put a rush on it but it wasn’t picked up by the lab until 2 days after I was seen. That means it was picked up yesterday, Wednesday. I know from working in the business, when there’s a rush, you call the lab for pick up. So obviously someone not doing their job. Or it’s a ploy not to see me for another week & to put me off. This office may be nice but not professional or sympathetic to patient’s needs. I am not a happy patient. I have been try to get one tooth implant since Feb 24, 2023. I am going on my 3rd implant because the lab cannot get it right. I do not recommend this group because of the lab they use and I do not recommend the Cypress office in case you have an emergency."
