"I made an appointment with Seastar Pediatric. Over the phone when making my appointment, I was asked for insurance information to which I provided. I took my baby to his first appointment as scheduled. They asked me for insurance card information to which I provided. We proceed to see the dentist. Our appointment maybe lasted ten minutes since this was my 13 month old's first ever appointment. After the appointment they proceeded to tell me this appointment was out of pocket costing $220 because they don't accept our insurance. They informed me that they would bill our insurance, and then I would get fully reimbursed. I was then told if insurance does not reimburse me, they would take care of it. I was only reimbursed $98. When I reached out to Seastar, they told me there was nothing they could do. Highly unprofessional money scam of a place. Avoid!"

"Wow! I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Cherish! It's no wonder she has so many positive reviews here. I came to Dr. Cherish because a lactation consultant suspected that my newborn had tongue tie and I was having trouble breastfeeding. Dr. Cherish was able to confirm the tongue tie and also caught a lip tie and thoroughly explained to me what she saw and showed me how it impacted my newborn's mouth function. I appreciated how patient she was in answering all my questions and how she was able to ease my concerns. Dr. Cherish was so gentle, quick and efficient with my newborn's tongue tie and lip tie release - she was so amazing that my newborn didn't even cry and I was able to breastfeed right after the procedure with no problems. Dr. Cherish is the whole package - she is kind, thoughtful, smart, and great with newborns/kids. She knows what she is doing, and she is truly a leader in the field. I can tell she truly loves what she does and truly cares about all her patients. She even follows up via text and gives out her personal cell phone so you can contact her with any questions to make sure you feel supported and confident about the process. I am so happy we went with Dr. Cherish, and I am SO thankful to her. She provides the highest quality of care and is truly the best!"

"So glad we started taking our children to Seastar! We originally took them to our regular DDS and he wasn’t good with kids. We switched them to Seastar and the dentists & staff here are wonderfully kind and help your child feel safe & comfortable. The office is very clean, organized, and kid-friendly with a play area & prizes when they finish treatment. With our insurance, they have to have us pay up front, but then the office staff submits the paperwork for us and we get a refund check a few weeks later. Obviously we highly recommend Seastar Pediatric Dentistry!"

"My 20 month old had his 2nd dental check with Dr Leung yesterday and it was a great experience as same as the first time. Dr Leung was passionate, professional and very good at dealing with toddlers. The staffs were also helpful and friendly. Her clinic is clean and beautiful. We especially loved the play area where my son wanted to stay more even after the checking."
