"I had an appointment at 4:30. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I had an appointment with Luis. He was very unprofessional. At 4:30 he decided to take a break. I didn't see him for another 20 minutes. And the audacity that he ignored his 4:40 appointment and took a man that had just walked in. I can't believe how rude that was. When I went to the desk to ask why I hadn't been seen. They ask if I would like to wait for another stylist. I will definitely not reserve an appointment with him again!. He does not care about his clients and honoring their appointments. Stay away from LUIS!. Thankfully. Tee helped us and she was amazing. Great people skills."
