"I was seriously traumatized while having an extraction, bridge prep at this office yesterday, which I was told I needed. I was not nearly prepared for sawing, pulling, and prying that went on for half an hour. Dr. Sood, the surgeon gave me no explanation during the procedure. I was shaking so badly after that I could hardly walk. I asked to speak to Dr. Wu afterward and advised him of how brutal and traumatic the procedure had been. He responded, "I get that, but you made it"!! In total I endured 4 1/2 hours of this nightmare. At the end of the day this should have been a root canal costing hundreds, not the thousands they tried to charge me. Today my face is badly swollen and painful. I will never return, and I'm filing a complaint with the California Dental Board. BTW, I'm 69 years old and living with disabilities"

"Staff was very pleasant. But the reason I'm giving it two stars is because of the procedures they wanted to do to my teeth. It didn't feel right. The things that they said I needed done. So I got a second opinion and I'm glad I did. They wanted to do two root canals. But after getting a second opinion, I didn't actually need that. My cavity wasn't as severe as they made it out to be. They also charge a lot of extra other stuff that isn't necessary. I'm going to stick to smaller dentist offices. These big corporations really like to dig for gold. I have insurance and they maxed out how much I get for dental. With a remainder of two grand I would have to pay to do what they wanted to do to my teeth."

"I went in for my dental appointment today and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The office has all new state-of-the-art equipment and the latest technology. What is special about this office is that the office uses digital X-rays instead of film X-rays which are not only more clear, but also much more safer than film X-rays. The entire office staff was friendly and professional. I had the most thorough teeth cleaning today. Dr. Wu explained his findings while he was examining my teeth. He also told me that he found that I grind my teeth at night and held up a mirror for me to see. The office staff patiently took videos of my teeth and Dr. Wu ordered a customized mouth guard for me to wear at night. In addition, Dr. Wu provided clear patient education that was easy to understand. This is what makes Dr. Wu stands out. He spent the time to go over all of my concerns and questions and patiently provided me with details of my diagnoses. Dr. Wu also explained the importance of preventative care. I will be coming into this office consistently for 6 month follow ups. Prevention is key! 5 stars for superb staff, superb service, and superb experience. I highly recommend this office for anyone who is looking for a professional doctor who genuinely cares about his patients."

Dr. Wu and his staff were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, even from the very first interaction, and they treated my elderly mom as if she were their own mother.
