"I had an extremely disappointing experience at Salem Dentistry. The staff seemed disorganized, and the waiting time was long. To add to the frustration, the facilities were not well-maintained, and the equipment seemed outdated just like the quality of the crown I got there. I felt down 2 times. The first time they redo the crown noticing the mold didn’t match my tooth and then on the second time when asking for a refund because clearly the crown and their was job low-quality, they refused to do it. Only leaving me with an option of going back there and taking the risk of experiencing the same issue over and over again. Overall, I would not recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism and subpar service."

"Best dentist office I’ve been to in my adult life! The office staff is very polite and professional. I got my tooth pulled. Three other dentist couldn’t do it. Kept saying I needed a surgeon. She is very gentle and sweet! I woke up with minimal pain! ZERO wait time too! She’s stuck with me now!! ❤️"

I came in for teeth cleaning, fillings, and for extraction of my wisdom teeth which was easy, professional, and I felt completely safe in Dr. Salem’s care. The entire staff at this facility has been so kind and helpful. I felt very welcomed by the front desk ladies, dental assistant/hygienist, and Dr. Salem herself.
