"My experience here was horrible! First they tell me that they couldn’t do what I wanted because they don’t have the colors. I told them if they don’t know how to do the exact color then that’s fine & they got really offended by that. Point is I chose something from their catalog (in there I saw the colors I originally wanted so clearly they have the colors they just don’t know how to do what I wanted) & the results turned out completely different. I got highlights so obviously I know it’s a lot of work and time but I have short hair so I didn’t think it was going to take 9 hours. The hairdresser that did my hair took breaks in between to eat his food in front of me while I couldn’t even make a phone call because he wouldn’t allow me too since I “had to stay completely still”. The whole time the hairdresser was bashing me on how thin my hair (I have genetically thin hair so there’s not much I can do there) was out loud in front of everyone, complaining on how my hair was so “dry” (mind you I’m huge on keeping my hair healthy only using organic hair products & hardly ever using heat devices) constantly saying on how long this was going to take, etc. At the end I ended up with something completely different, my hair started falling off a few days after, & they completely fried my scalp. I paid more that what they originally told me I was going to pay & let me tell you I’ve had better hair for much less in half the time it took them to do my hair. So unprofessional & rude."
