"I booked an appointment here a couple weeks ago. The owner/technician took four hours to do a full set and pedicure. After one week, I had four broken/cracked nails. I returned to get them repaired. No additional charge. This week, there are two more broken/cracked nails. As much as I paid (almost $150 including the tip), the quality of work and products used are way passed poor!! I’m so disappointed as I specifically looked for a black-owned business to support. I also gave the owner a second chance to repair my nails and they’re already cracking as well. I am so very disappointed! Never again!!"
