"The staff that works at this hair salon provide unsatisfactory service. They were rude and disrespectful to me, my mom, and my little brother who went to get a basic haircut. Ny brother was a bit indecisive (trying a new hair style) and we had to pay extra $5 just to lower a level 3 buzz to a level 2. Then, at the very end, when my brother was a bit disatisfied with a spot on his hair and asked for her to trim it shorter she completely snapped and refused us service! She said she was tired and impatient flat out refused to fix it. She falsely accused us of other things and then when we tried talking to her why we wanted it to be fixed she literally ignored us and acted like we weren't there. She was absolutely rude and disrepectful. And the manager, who saw all of this happening, did nothing and also started ignoring. We were willing to wait and even pay extra if necessary. The haircut didn't even take that long...maximum 10 minutes but she acted like those 10 minutes were such a burden.We were respectful and nice the entire time. So, my little brother had no other choice but to leave with a haircut that he was unhappy with. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE at this place!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS HAIR SALON. Besides, the place wasn't even that clean."
