"I received work several years ago and used my lausd United Concordia insurance, I was under 26 so I had both parents and my own insurance. She explained you agree with everything on the chair, no way would I have agreed to keep getting a 3 thousand dollar bill years later because they decided to do medically unnecessary procedures… the dental work is ok but it’s the business aspect that has me uncomfortable… I basically am sharing for the sake of anyone at risk of being defrauded their hard earnings, I already submitted my complaint to United Concordia and this is my sharing to the public. Last be careful as Alan forgot to tell me that the two medications prescribed to me, if mixed, could cause a fatality… only to panic dial me at 11 pm… that will be mentioned in my fraud report as well."

"Going to the dentist has always been something that I never enjoyed doing. About two months ago I decided that it was time for me to make a change and move out of California. So I booked a one way flight to Hawaii and started getting everything ready. One thing that I knew I needed to do was take care of some dental work. My old dentist was not getting back to me so I reached out to the family and asked around as to anyone they would recommend. My sister and mother both recommended Whittier Dental Arts, with my previous experiences of dental work I had a feeling of reluctancy. When I went in boy was I amazed at the difference between this facility and others. They utilize cutting edge technology to map your teeth and the whole thing became a journey in improving my dental health. Dr. Gutierrez is amazing and I do not use this word lightly. My teeth were not in the best of conditions and I was worried my that I would have to deal with cavities in Hawaii. He really put in the time and energy to make sure that my teeth would be the best condition possible before my trip. The thing I loved hearing from him is when he would say 'beautiful' while working in my mouth. In anything that we do there are levels of how good someone is at a skill. Novice, intermediate, expert, etc. There is one level above it and that would be when someone masters a profession or skill. Look at clips of Michael Jordan or Estas Tonne (guitarist) and you will witness those who have mastered a skill and have turned it into an artform. Dr. Gutierrez has turned dental work into an artform and man is he an artist. I first thought that the name dental arts was just a phrase they used but it is pretty spot on. If there is anyone I would want to have work on my teeth it would be this man and when I fly back to see family I will make a cleaning appointment at Whittier Dental Arts. Make that decision for yourself and go to the man who really combines technology with a skill above all others. Thanks doc for everything."

"Just had my first appt here. Everything about this place is 5 star. I felt so comfortable there and calm. Their very caring, also very professional. They have top notch equipment that I've never seen before. They didnt make me feel bad about my dental problems like previous dentist had. Last note the price for all of the work that I needed done was very reasonable!I'm looking forward to going back!"
