"Great place! I had my first visit for general check up/x-rays/laser treatment(really cool way to clean the gums!)/prep- for root canal earlier last month. The ONE MAJOR THING THAT MATTERED FOR ME, WAS THE NUMBING CREAM! (It's the one thing that matters a lot since I don't like needles and I have had bad experiences with ones that did not work well or didn't even have it at all years ago (Old root canal I had in around Jan 2008) This place's numbing cream works really well and even more so when I got the root canal shot on the upper roof of my mouth. (I was MOST Nervous about it before I first came here, but MUCH less nervous when I realized how good the numbing cream was, and knowing that I don't have to go to a different location, so I knew what to expect).Yes it was a bit of pressure, but NOWHERE AS BAD AS 2008! The people there were really good to me and always checked in with me when I was getting treatment. The specialist was FAST! 1 hour 15 mins or just a little less actually for 2 root canals! He was very good at the work and it was a much nicer experience than 2008. I think the shot at the roof of my mouth in 2008 is what made me scared of getting shots, so trying a different dentist felt like a gamble because I did not want that experience again. My hygienist, Teresa, is very friendly, knowledgeable and profesional. She takes her time to listen and provides solutions for my care. I been coming to this office for one year always received excellent customer service. Dr. Kim is very sweet, takes her time to answer my questions. You can tell she loves her profession as she reflects it on to her patients care. She truly works out the best plan since dental work is expensive."
