"I give them a 4 start because I have been going there for about 3 years and Cindy's work is Beautiful. BUT! I have stopped going there three times because she took people in front of me and acted like she told me. However I left for almost a year and now I'm back one more time because I can't find anyone to do my nails the way she does. Hopefully, the absence will have made her more aware. Otherwise I may have to find an alternative."
