"Horrible experience. Walked in and they did seat me down right away. The woman who did my nails was kind. The place is a bit unorganized and I was a bit iffy about the nail tools. I am a Cosmo so I know a lot of sanitation and cleaning less of a business since I manage one. There tools were not in sterilizer bags which they should be. I seen the nail tech next to me wipe her tools down with a wipe. Which I wanted to walk out and I didn’t since I needed my broken nail fixed. Well one thing I will tell you is that I walked out very disappointed. My nails were done so wrong and not only that. She had said she could do the design I had previously and it was simple. Anyone can do it well she had no clue so she lied when I originally had asked her which is why I stayed. She cut me numerous times on the same finger so I was scared it was going to get infected. Well my trip to this nail spa was horrible and would never recommend anyone here. I rather drive to my girl in Long Beach and wait 1 hr for one nail to be honest. I didn’t take a picture of my mail of how embarrassed I am of how it looks. Literally like a ducks nail, uneven."

"My gel pedicure came out nice. Tracy did a good job. My gel manicure was one of the worst I've ever had. Another lady there had to fix it for me. I went on vacation the next day and the paint on my hands were already chipped. There's some discloring. I paid $87 to have ugly nails in Jamaica. How annoying."
