"A really great salon with a super kind staff and unbeatable prices. They offered me something to drink as soon as I walked in, and they have really nice massage chairs at the hair washing stations. Nathalie did a really pretty job with my hair! She also walked me through all the cuts and changes she was going to make, which I really appreciated. It was super smooth experience, and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend for the West LA folks!"

"Had a haircut with Sam. Just wanted to take length out, seemed pretty straightforward. When we were done I thought my hair shape looked a bit strange but that I probably just needed to wash it and style it. Yeah right… as soon as I got home and my hair dried I saw the horror. Props because it’s kinda like an abstract art piece of strange shapes and flows. Anyway, I do NOT recommend. Probably have to shave it now."

"I was recommended to hairzoo from a friend of mine. My daughter has very coily hair and needed to get a keratin treatment to relax her hair so we can manage it. I made an appointment and took her there. She is eight years old so it was hard to find a place to do to a child, but they were willing to do it, which was a plus for me. Saylah was her stylist and she was amazing. She was very patient and considerate of my daughters feelings because she is tender headed and we’ve had a lot of issues with maintaining her hair because it is so coyly. She also gave her a trim, which was really great considering her ends were very dry. Also, which was a good plus for me she had recommended a new shampoo and treatments for her hair to give her hair more moisture. It’s always good when you have somebody that will help you understand and how to take care of This type of hair if you’re considering getting a keratin treatment from Hairzoo I recommend it also, their prices are very affordable. I did look at other places like I said, and they were a little bit pricey, but then again, they don’t work on children under the age of 16 so if you do have a child that has this issue with very curly hair this place is a plus and strongly recommended."
